And on the days that feel hard, I remind myself how far I’ve come. If you have your health, you truly have everything. Promise me you won’t take one moment of it for granted. So many of us fight every day to even feel an ounce of it. 🤍

Just a little appreciation post for my boys. 🖤 These two are my world. There is so much that goes on behind the screen that you guys don’t see — days of anxiety, health stuff, days where I run myself into the ground with work and these two are there at the end of the day to lift me back up. Jonathan takes “in sickness & in health” to a WHOLE new level — he’s been there for all of it. He treats me like a queen and leaves love notes and positive affirmations all around our house for me to find every day. He’s something else. Last night Huddy slept on my chest all night bc he knew I needed the extra calm. These two have become my home, my soul’s home, and all feels right in the world as long as I have them. In every lifetime I choose them. #soulonfire

Over on my stories we are talking shape shifting & why it happens. Do you see it?! 👁 I loved seeing how many of you have noticed the face shape shifting I’ve experienced over the last few years. Sometimes I look back at old photos of myself and gasp because I’ve changed so much. A lot of you asked what is shape shifting & how do you know if you’ve experienced it? My answer is...

You can compare old photos to current photos of you now and see how you’ve shifted inside and out — it’s a soul level thing. Sometimes I notice it when I think of how happy I am now & think back on the immense pain of my Lyme fog for years on end. Physically, I lost the puffiness and redness from being ill. But beyond that, it’s a spiritual shift, it happens when you least expect it. I’ve seen it happen to friends after going through a huge struggle, when the imprint of what they’ve been through literally lives on in their face and eyes. It’s a new warrior strength, a light from within. A becoming. An unraveling. I see an old woman spirit in me now who signifies my infinite ancient souls living through me, as well as a little girl spirit full of light. And 👽 of course. What do you see? Tell me! #soulonfire
