Speak your truth, even when it’s hard. Even when

Speak your truth, even when it’s hard. Even when every fiber of your being tries to hold you back. The world needs your unique medicine. Your spirit can only keep ascending and evolving when you are completely true to who you came here to be. We live in very polarizing times. Any perspective that differs from the mainstream accepted rhetoric is totally shunned, and that’s scary. I for one don’t want to live in that kind of world. It’s okay to disagree with people and it’s okay to share your opinion. In fact, it’s healthy! Our mental state as a collective will depend upon people sharing their truth, and upon us willing look beyond much of what we’ve been taught. I share more about this on my IG story Q&A from last night, which I will save. I’m hopeful bc the beautiful amount of messages, emails and texts I got supporting my truth and perspective made me feel safe and seen. Even from people who disagree! I love that. I want everyone to feel safe and seen. We came here to spread love and light. 5D is shaking things up and I am HERE FOR IT! 🤍👽💫🪞🌿 And remember... we’re all simply mirrors for one another. Love you all. Let’s keep ascending, being kind, spreading love, making our own choices, enforcing boundaries, and making the world a better place. #soulonfire

Ask Me Anything Below! ✨ Celestial Vegan Blueberry Cacao-licious Pancakes 🥞🌿 now have a permanent spot in my heart. Oh my godddd. You guys, J and I came up with this recipe over the holidays & now we cannot get enough. The pancake recipe is in my post from a few weeks ago, & this time we added blueberries and topped with @kenzieburke’s magical cacao nibs. Drizzled with maple syrup. Sizzled to perfection. ANNND I am working on a big blog post about the Celestial Diet (which I trademarked the other week bc of the incredible visions I have had for this lifestyle & now feel like a boss) — so ASK ME ANYTHING 💌 below about it so I can include!! Don’t hold back!! I am so so excited for the magic unfolding with this lifestyle already, & my heart is bursting with joy to share more with you guys about the visions and the magic. The biggest life hack I can suggest is meditation.

The biggest life hack I can suggest is meditation. Quiet the mind, and the rest will follow. I know that might feel like annoying advice if you’ve tried meditation and it hasn’t worked for you. The truth is there’s no right or wrong way to meditate. You can suffer through trying to silence your mind, or you can let your thoughts float by like glittery movie pictures and visually carry the dark thoughts out to sea, leaving them there forever and releasing them from your aura. I switch up how I meditate all the time, but lately I’m back into my Joe Dispenza meditations. Visualizing the future instead of harping on the past is deeply healing for me, and it also helps me align with everything I desire. I’ve watched it happen in my life time and again, and if we can see it, it can be ours. This morning, I wrote a list of who I want to be and who I don’t want to be, and then I visualized me being who I WANT to be (and who I am in my soul) for my entire morning meditation. The divine took over, and it felt like I left my body for an entire 30 minutes. When I returned, I felt an immediate warmth wash over me and took the deepest, juiciest breath to make it so. This life is but a dream but only if we let it be. And so it is. 🤍🕊

A little reminder 🦋 You are love. You are light. You are the magic of the universe, and you chose to be here. Your unique gifts will change the world. What we often seem to forget is that life is not outside of us, life is within us. Seeking validation outside of ourselves will never be enough. Be still, find your peace of mind, and love who you see in the mirror. The veils are lifting, so keep listening. Keep loving. Keep shining your light & don’t let it dim — but most of all keep shining your light within. Take care of yourself. Speak love notes to YOU, all day long. When we awaken from our illusion of separateness, we realize how important our boundaries truly are. In reality there is no ‘other.’ I am you, and you are me. The stronger the boundary I can hold for myself, the more illuminating a mirror I am able to be for you. This has been a major theme for me in the least year and now I see it showing up in the world. We are all being asked to step up. When we once & for all break the pattern of putting ourselves last, new worlds can emerge. You see, when we put ourselves first & stop people pleasing and being terrified of giving ourselves what we need — we open the door for everyone around us to do the same. This simple fact is so hard, because it goes against everything we’ve been taught. But when we let go of the fear of what others might think & do exactly what we need, the illusion of disconnection fades. Triggers melt away because the other is simply... you, being shown back to you. I believe this is how we call in our wildest dreams at warp speed, and truly heal our relationship to others. And now more than ever the world needs more of us to wake up. The energies on earth are only getting more intense & the best we can do is show up for each other, and that starts by showing up for ourselves. 🤍 #soulonfire
