Today was the most blessed day, our baby boy’s 1

Today was the most blessed day, our baby boy’s 120th day ceremony calling in the highest version of his soul. In kundalini, it is said that this day of pregnancy is the day the baby’s soul comes into the mama’s body. The day when his subconscious mind begins to form, and the day the woman becomes mother. All I have to say is wow — I am truly in awe. I am in awe of the love and support we feel surrounding this baby boy already, I am blown away by the sweet friends in our lives who made this last minute celebration out of this world special. The power of this beautiful circle today guided the way for so many visions and visitations from our little spirit son, from his magnetic blue aura to a waterfall of golden light consciousness. Today I also woke up feeling different, way different. Feeling like not only is my life about to change but I am changing. My future vision felt clear. This is the most unreal portal and I am soaking in every moment. Special thanks to my divine soul sister @brittdeanda for making today so special 🌸 and to @tejkaur.khalsa who is truly the kundalini master, what an honor and a gift to have had this day. On my mind lately: learning to have unshakable bou

On my mind lately: learning to have unshakable boundaries while also not building walls around my spirit. Protecting my heart space and energy, while allowing myself to pour out the contents of my soul in safe spaces. This year has taught me so much of that. The noise in the world is loud, there is not much room left for nuance. Long gone are the days where the internet is a safe space to spill the intricacies of my spirit and all of my daily musings and feelings. But something I’ve come to learn is, that is so okay. It’s HEALTHY. I love reserving bits and pieces of myself for the moments that matter most, for the spaces that feel utterly easeful and close knit. I am committed to listening to my intuition, never letting the outer noise drown out what I know to be true for me. That’s what I want for all of us. Our intuitions are screaming out in all moments, just wanting to be heard. Imagine if just for today, you knew your own power. If just today, you enforced strong boundaries but also left room for the right amount of softness. Firm, but soft. Strong, but open. Aware, but alive. I am getting so excited for our Kauai baby moon in

I am getting so excited for our Kauai baby moon in a few weeks!! I’m not sure if it’s hit me yet that by the end of this year we will be a family of four 🙈 including Huddy of course. I cannot wait to see what this little boy will be like, who he will look like, what traits he will take on from each of us. If he is a mini Jonathan my heart will explode. And I am certain I will burst when I get to see the love of my love become a dad, he has had such DAD energy ever since I’ve known him. What I do know is that our son has a special energy about him already. He is calm, wise, grounded. He has forced me to slow down. He has a stubborn and strong mind of his own. I try to connect to his spirit daily. 🤍 I have a new blog post up today all about second trimester musings. I can’t believe that in one week I will be HALFWAY through this pregnancy!! Made my creamy AF cauliflower cheesy pasta last night & let’s just say it was a hit! I love sneaking veggies into traditional comfort foods, it makes me feel like a little kid again but with all of the nutrients and nourishing goodness. My passion for making plant based foods delicious runs so deep, I honestly know it’s part of my purpose here on this earth. Plants & spirituality, spirituality & plants. And the HEALING power of plants. They all go so hand in hand to me. I also dream of opening a veg restaurant one day, maybe in malibu… would you come?! Sharing the recipe for this bad boy here, and there is another (even creamier version!!) in my celestial ebook! 🌱

TBB CREAMY AF CAULIFLOWER CHEESE!
1 head of steamed cauliflower
1 cup low sodium vegetable stock
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2-3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon (2 lemons if you want it super zesty!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper flake

Blend, and pour over rice pasta (or any gluten free pasta you’d like), mix in some steamed spinach, too with more red pepper flake, and enjoy! Voila!! Will you try this?! #soulonfire #plantbaseddiet #plantbasednutrition #vegancheesesauce

Celestial bliss bowls on repeat around here with mantra music playing & all of the slow, rainy day coziness. I’ve been curled up on the couch all day catching up on rest & I NEEDED a day like today!! So heavenly. Also, I cannot even tell you how much baby boy has me craving fruit, green juice, smoothies, smoothie bowls - if it’s fruity & vegan, he’s in. This is my all time favorite celestial CHOCO NICE CREAM bowl, made of: 2 ripe frozen bananas, 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond), 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 date, 2 tbsp cacao powder, and topped with more dates, crushed dark chocolate, cacao nibs, coco yogurt, & a scoop of coconut butter! Who is going to make this recipe?!
