I had the most powerful meditation connecting to m

I had the most powerful meditation connecting to my baby boy and the divine mother within this morning. In the stillness I realized that for the first time since before I got sick many years ago, I feel truly at home in my body. These four and a half months of pregnancy have brought new pains and discomforts, but in moving through them I feel fully alive in a way I never did during the Lyme pain. This is an embodied, awakened to my core feeling. Open and raw and untouchable. My intuition is soaring, creativity is flowing, and most of all love is radiating through every moment. I had a vision in this meditation of my baby’s third eye connecting to mine, a radiating pulsing sensation of bright white light. It was the most familiar and powerful thing I’ve ever known. I am in awe of what happens internally during pregnancy, as our bodies become a portal for the divine to flow through. So surrendered & in reverence to this process… & just wanted to share the love with my favorite people when I came back to this realm 🤍 #18weekspregnant #babyalbrecht

Oh hi! 👋🏻 I’ve been more introspective during this pregnancy than ever, connecting to realms beyond where this baby boy’s soul currently lives! Reflecting on what really matters, how I want to show up in the world, who my spirit truly came here to be. It’s a good feeling, to be more quiet for once. Moving through the emotions and preparing for our whole lives to change is some of the deepest spiritual work I’ve done. Realizing at times, “wow, I’m still holding on to THAT?!” & learning to integrate deeper and let the really hard stuff go. It’s been a vortex to say the least. In kundalini they say the baby’s soul comes into the body at 120 days and that will be next week — I feel baby boy’s spirit coming nearer. One thing baby wants every day is for me to sink my feet into the sand, stare into the ocean, and just BE. It’s been the best reminder in the world. If you need a reminder to spend a bit more time off your phone and just be present, let this be it. It feels good. 🤍 #soulonfire #babyalbrecht #18weekspregnant

All the mamas out there, what have been your main pregnancy cravings?! I need to know. My top craving this entire pregnancy has been FRUIT!! 🥝🍐🍏🥝🍌 and specifically… Zespri SunGold Kiwiruit!! I cannot get enough. These @zesprikiwifruit SunGold Kiwis are so sweet, juicy and delish. Just one serving has more vitamin C than an orange!! I put them in my smoothies, in chia pudding, on oatmeal, & they so hit the spot. They taste kind of like a pineapple.. I’m obsessed. I can finally wear my BOY MAMA hat in public now! 🥲💙 & let’s just say we’ve had a name picked out for years for this little guy but we’re going to wait until we meet him to decide for certain… would love to hear your guesses below!
